ADONNA DEIBEL WORKSHOP, MEDIEVAL TO MODERN
Saturday/Sunday October 15th & 16th. 9 am – 4:30 pm. Medieval to Modern (or tight to loose)
workshop by former member/Guild President Adonna Diebel.
Held at Co-Radius Coworking, 5850 Macklind Ave., STL, MO 63109.
In this workshop we will explore two extremes in lettering art.
We will focus on the formal and precise Fractur blackletter forms and the loose and expressive Modern Calligraphy hand. Two extremes that will take concentration and playfulness, structure and improvisation. Multiple calligraphic tools will come into play as we combine the two for a final project.
Workshop fee is $150 for members, $175 for non-members.
Mail your check, payable to STL Calligraphy Guild, to Barb Reed, Treasurer,
5733 Lindenwood, STL MO 63109. Please include your name, address, phone and email.
