Membership Options and Amenities
Our building evokes much of the charm of the Princeton Heights neighborhood. Built in 1927, the all-brick structure and large storefront windows provide an attractive streetscape that welcomes you inside. Located in the highly-popular Macklind Business District, we are part of an established business community that includes shops, restaurants, service, and professionals.
We offer all of our coworking members many of the same benefits & amenities. These include staffed-reception desk and waiting area, mail service, high-speed wireless internet, printing center, kitchenette, and conference room access. We also have several off-street parking options. And we plan monthly networking and social events for all our members and tenants.
We offer three different membership levels so that you can choose the setup best suited for your business.

- Access to monthly networking & social events
- Access during normal business hours only
- Membership Rate: $50/month (Daily rates also available)
Designated Desk

With the exception of Private Office level, our coworking memberships are month-to-month. There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time or even adjust your membership level as needed to suit your current or changing business needs.
